Its mission is to meet with the needy in our community and provide material, emotional and spiritual support. Some material support provided is food, clothing, school lunches and supplies, medicine and furniture to individuals or families in crisis.
We are extremely proud of the work done by our conference of the SSVP and strongly support all its endeavours.
We are always in need of volunteers to assist us with our efforts or to provide financial assistance. If you would like to get involved please complete the SSVP Volunteer Application Form and email it to Andre Sirois or drop it in the mass collection basket.
Financial donations can also be dropped in the parish weekly mass collection basket. Indicate SSVP on the envelope or use the yellow envelopes included in your parish donation envelopes. An official receipt will be issued by SSVP on a yearly basis.
